OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGN AT HANDWASHING SINK IN CAFETERIA STAFF WASHROOM. HANDWASHING SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY EMPLOYEES.
