ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HANDSINK LOCATED IN REAR PREP AREA WHERE ICE MACHINE AND TEA PREP WILL TAKE PLACE. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL UNDER CITYS PLUMBING, HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS FOR PROPER HANDWASHING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-030 (C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
