ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HAND SOAP PROVIDED AT THE WOMEN'S AND MEN'S STAFF WASHROOMS IN THE CAC BUILDING. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HAND SOAP AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED APPROX. 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS INSIDE OF THE YELLOW CABINETS BEHIND THE 2ND FLOOR FOOD SERVICE LINE AND APPROX. 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS INSIDE OF THE YELLOW CABINETS BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR SERVICE LINE. OBSERVED APPROX. 60 MOUSE DROPPINGS ALONG THE WALLS OF THE 1ST FLOOR LUNCHROOM AND INSIDE OF THE RADIATORS UNITS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS IN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
