INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES FOR PROPER HANDWASHING. PIC PROVIDED PAPERTOWEL AT SAID HANDSINKS AT THIS TIME. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-030 (C). CITATION ISSUED.
