INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT
OBSERVED 35 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERD ON THE SHELVES WERE DOG FOOD ARE DISPLAYED. ALSO NOTED 40 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND DETAIL CLEAN AFFECTED AREAS. ALSO CALL PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION CITATION ISSUED #7-38-020(A).
