OBSERVED FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR EMPLOYEES' RESTROOM WITH IMPROPER HOT WATER TEMPERATURE AT HAND WASHING SINKS (70.6 F- 74.9F). INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE THAT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE MAINTAINED AT A TEMPERATURE OF AT LEAST 100F AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
