ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
6-301.14 OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGNS AT THE HAND WASHING SINKS LOCATED IN THE FOOD PREP AREAS AND IN THE TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
