OBSERVED NO HOT WATER IN 1ST FLOOR MEN'S ROOM. HOT WATER MEASURED AT 71 F. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE A MINIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 100 F IS PROVIDED. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C)
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
