OBSERVED LAUNDERED WIPING CLOTHS AIR-DRYING ON SHELF NEAR 3-COMPARTMENT SINK ABOVE PACKAGED FOOD CONTAINERS AND CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS. INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE AIR-DRYING WIPING CLOTHS SUCH THAT THEY DO NOT CONTAMINATE FOOD, EQUIPMENT, OR UTENSILS AND MAINTAIN.
