OBSERVED PREVIOUS CORE VIOLATIONS FROM INSPECTION REPORT #2561459 DATED 07/29/2022 NOT CORRECTED. INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-42-090 CITATION ISSUED. OBSERVED STAFF TOILET ROOM WITHOUT A RECEPTACLE WITH A LID. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL TOILET ROOMS HAVE A RECEPTACLE WITH WORKING LID AT ALL TIMES. OBSERVED CLUTTER OF BOXES IN THE REAR PAMPER STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAR AND PROVIDE PROPER STORAGE AT LEAST SIX INCHES FROM THE FLOOR TO MAKE FLOOR EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
