OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE POSTED AT HANDWASHING SINK IN FRONT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO POST CLEARLY VISIBLE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE THAT NOTIFIES FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES.
