ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED THE HAND SINK IN THE KITCHEN TO NOT HAVE A HAND WASHING SIGN INSTRUCTING EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE A HAND WASHING SIGN AT KITCHEN HAND SINK.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED THE FRONT DOOR TO HAVE GAPS LARGER THAN 1/4 INCH AT THE TOP RIGHT SIDE AND THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE OF THE DOORS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PEST PROOF AND PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING DOOR TO ELIMINATE ANY GAPS LARGER THAN 1/4 INCH.
