OBSERVED HOT RUNNING WATER AT DISHAREA HANDWASHING SINK TEMPERATURE OF 130.2F AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION DUE TO THE COLD WATER MIXTURE/HANDLE NOT WORKING. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F-120F AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030 C CITATION ISSUED
