ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED WATER AT HAND WASHING SINKS IN FAMILY TOILET ROOMS CONSISTENTLY TURNING ON AND OFF. A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED OVER 10 RAT DROPPINGS OUTSIDE BEHIND GARBAGE DUMPSTER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREA.
