OBSERVED HAND WASH SINKS NOT MAINTAINED WITH PROPER HOT WATER TEMPERATURE IN WOMEN WASHROOM AT 76.7F AND 75.4F, MEN WASHROOM AT 78F, PREP AREAS 70.1F AND 66.9F, NEAR DRIVE-THRU 83.1F AND NEAR BEVERAGE STATION 72.3F, AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED THAT HOT WATER AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE AT LEAST 100F. SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARRIVED ON SITE AT APPROXIMATELY 10:25AM, AT THE END OF THE WALK THROUGH. HAND WASH SINKS MENTIONED HOT WATER TEMPERATURES HAVE ALL BEEN CORRECTED AND AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE MAINTAINING BETWEEN 99F-104F. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
