ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGNS OR POSTERS NEAR HAND WASHING SINK INSIDE THE UNISEX WASHROOM. MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED OUTER OPENINGS NOT PROTECTED. OBSERVED FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR NOR RODENT PROOF WITH GAP ON BOTTOM DOOR. ALSO OBSERVED REAR SIDE EXIT DOOR WITH A BIG GAP ON THE SIDE DOOR. MUST MAKE DOORS TIGHT-FITTING TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.
