OBSERVED ONE (1) OF THE TWO (2) SINKS IN THE GREEN TODDLER ROOMS TO HAVE A METERED FAUCET THAT SHUTS OFF WITHIN 3 SECONDS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE SINK METER TO ALLOW FOR AT MINIMUM 15 SECONDS OF WATER WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE.
