INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT
OBSERVED APPROX 12-15 DROPPINGS IN THE LOWER BASEMENT AREA NEAR THE ELECTRICAL PANELS. ALSO NOTED HIGH VOLUME OF FRUIT FLY ACTIVITY AT THE BAR SERVICE AREA APRROX 20-30 NOTED IN AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN, HAVE A PEST CONTROL SERVICE WITH PROOF OF SERVICE ON THE RETURN INSPECTION DATE GIVEN. PRIORTITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020 (A) CITATION ISSUED.
