OBSERVED NO HAND SOAP WAS PROVIDED AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA AND INSIDE THE UNISEX EMPLOYEE WASHROOM.INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL HANDWASHING SINKS WITH HAND SOAP AT ALL TIMES.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C),CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
