OBSERVED THE HAND WASHING SINK WITH A LEAK AT THE DRAIN PIPE OF THE SINK, RUNS ON TO THE FLOOR WHEN WATER RUNS. MANAGEMENT PLACED LARGE BUCKET UNDER TO CATCH WATER. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AS A PROPER SOURCE FOR HAND WASHING FOR SANITATION REASONS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030 (C) CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
