OBSERVED HANDSINK FAUCETS IN ANNEX BUILDING GIRL'S WASHROOM NOT PROPERLY MAINTAIN WITH HOT WATER RUNNING LONGER THAN 15 SECONDS. INSTRUCTED TO INCREASE TIMER OF HOT WATER TO ENSURE FAUCET IS PROVIDING A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET.
