FOUND NO HAND SOAP AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINKS IN THE FRONT PREP AREA AND THE DISHWASHING AREA; INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
