OBSERVED HOLE APPROXIMATELY 2" WIDE ALONG FLOOR/WALL JUNCTION IN THE WATER HEATER CLOSET (NEAR REAR EXTERIOR DOOR). INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR HOLE IN THE WALL JUNCTION AND MAINTAIN ALL PHYSICAL FACILITIES IN GOOD REPAIR AND FREE FROM HOLES OR GAPS.
