ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED MULTIPLE HAND WASHING SINKS DOUBLING AS A DUMP SINKS. HAND WASHING SINKS ARE STORED ON TOP WITH DUMP SINK DIRECTLY BELOW. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE HAND WASHING SINK IS USED FOR NO PURPOSE THAN HAND WASHING. MUST REMOVE DUMP SINK BELOW. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
