OBSERVED TWO SINKS IN WATER PLAY AREAS IN 1ST FLOOR CLASSROOMS ON NORTHWEST SIDE TO BE STOCKED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ANY PREP OR SERVICE SINKS NOT DESIGNATED FOR HAND WASHING SINKS.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
