OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER NOT WASH THEIR HANDS IN BETWEEN TASK. THE FOOD HANDLER WAS FIRST SEEN COOKING FOOD, THEN RINSING A TOWEL OUT, AND FINALLY RETURNING TO THE GRILL TO MAKE FOOD AND NOT WASH HANDS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE GLOVES AND WASH THEIR HANDS. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-010. CITATION ISSUED.
