NO CURRENT PEST CONTROL SERVICE REPORT ON SITE OR AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW DURING THE INSPECTION. LAST SERVICE REPORT PROVIDED DATED 8-30-23. MUST PROVIDE A PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(C) CITATION ISSUED.
