HOT WATER MEASURED BETWEEN 60.6-90.1F. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT THAT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 100F AND TO REPLACE MIXING VALVE FAUCET(S). PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-030(C). ENGINEER REPAIRED BOTH HAND-WASHING SINKS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. MINIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE NOW MEASURES BETWEEN 100.1-105.1.-COS.
