Tofu bay scallops and other foods inside of the flip top cooler with elevated temperatures ranging from 48-51F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are at below 41F. Fresh baby sprouts observed being left out at room temperature (64F). Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods are being kept at below 41F. Sprouts were removed at the time of the inspection.
