Inspector’s notes
The following items do not appear to meet Minneapolis "Green to Go" requirements. Provide evidence that these are recyclable or compostable in Minneapolis or discontinue using and provide approved containers. -Lined coffee cups and oatmeal cups. Appear to have PE (plastic) lining. No evidence of lining being food grade wax or otherwise compostable. -Brown coffee lids- contain no symbol to indicate what type of plastic these are. Must be a #1,2, or 5 plastic to be recyclable in Minneapolis. -Dome lids- same as above. Guidance document provided with report.
