Post a sign at all handwashing sinks used by employees to remind them to wash their hands.
Observed a handwashing sign to be missing at the hand sink nearest the three compartment sink. Provide and maintain applicable hand washing signage at hand sink.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Observed the floor under the cooking equipment, dishwasher and basecoving under the three compartment sink in need of cleaning. In addition, a few mouse droppings were observed on the floor by the dishwasher. Clean all referenced areas listed and clean up mouse droppings. Maintain physical facilites in a clean state.

Observed a few mouse droppings on the floor under the dishwasher. Clean up mouse droppings. Contact current contracted licensed pest control operator to service fcility on a more regular basis. Provide ongoing monirtoring for activity and increase frequency if needed.
