Observed no state of MN certified food protection manager for establishment. Provide a current state of MN CFPM. Per person in charge, they have been pursuing the proper certification and will be trying to complete an upcoming class within the month. Upon completion, apply for state of MN CFPM certification and post state certificate on premise.
