Observed the following to not be approved finishes: 1) Carpeted floor in front of store side room with upright coolers on top of wood bases. Both the carpet and wood are absorbent surfaces. 2) Carpeted floor in the back of the facility where storage of items resides. 3) Wood laminate flooring in front of facility under the small freezer and adjacent sink. Replace carpet, wood bases under coolers and laminate flooring in referenced areas with approved finishes.
