OBSERVED A MEAT SLICER ON SITE. ACCORDING TO PERSON IN CHARGE, BUSINESS HAD BEEN SLICING MEAT TO SELL WITHOUT MEAT MARKET LICENSE. PERSON IN CHARGE AGREED TO STOP AND CONTACT CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS PLAN REVIEW IF INTERESTED IN PURSING A MEAT MARKET/BUTCHER SHOP LICENSE.
