Observed juicers (sugar cane and orange juice) in the back room where desserts are located. Per PIC, they have discontinued juicing in-house. Remove these equipment and any other equipment that is unnecessary to the operation of the business from the premises. If business wish to juice in-house or conduct any food preparation for sale, a proper license must be obtained beforehand.
