Observed hand washing sink was temping at 87F. Ensure hand washing sinks are at a minimum of 100F and a maximum of 120F in a child-care setting.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
