Inspector’s notes

Observed no current state of MN certified food protection manager. Per Jeffery he will be taking a class in the near future. Upon completion of class and obtaining certificate, Jeffery to apply for state of MN certification. Included below is a link to the MDH website on how to obtain proper certification. Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) - MN Dept. of Health Upon receiving state CFPM certificate, post on site. A copy of the certificate to be posted inside the mobile food truck.

Observed no paper towels at the employee hand sink on the mobile food unit. Provide and maintain paper towels at the hand sink. Recommended to operator to mount a paper towel dispenser to the wall above hand sink.
