OBSERVED RUSTED KNIFE HOLDER ON SITE. KNIFE HOLDER COMES INTO DIRECT CONTACT WITH KNIVES THROUGH A RUSTED MAGNETIC STRIP. REPLACE KNIFE STRIP. ALL EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
