5-205.11 (A); Priority Foundation; The handwashing sink was blocked by a stack of pizza dough trays. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. CDI- trays were removed.

3-501.16(A)(2); Priority; Meatballs; ground sausage and pizza sauce were observed holding above 41F in the pizza prep top cooler (see temperature chart). Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. CDI- sausage was voluntarily discarded by PIC. All other TCS food items were cooled down.

3-603.11 (B)(2); Priority Foundation; An asterisk informing consumers that Caesar dressing is made with raw shelled eggs is not available on the menu. Consumer Advisory Disclosures that are asterisked to a footnote shall state; * Items are served raw or undercooked; or contain (or may contain) raw or undercooked ingredients. CDI- PIC will be changing the recipe to utilize pasteurized eggs.
