Handwashing sinks supplied & accessible
5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use (Pf): Handwashing sink blocked by several items such as cleaning items and plastic containers. CDI: Items removed when asked. Reminder to keep handwashing sink accessible at all times.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Several tortillas stored inside a small; noncommercial cooler that is not designed to be thoroughly washed and sanitized as a food-contact surface. Please replace this cooler with a small rice cooker or a similar item that can hold tortillas as well as being thoroughly cleaned.
