(A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. 4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions; Testing Devices (Pf) 4-501.116 Warewashing Equipment; Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration (Pf) PIC mixed chlorine sanitizing solution without testing the concentration and was unable to provide chlorine test kit. Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. Concentration of the SANITIZING solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. PIC mixed a quaternary ammonia sanitizing solution and tested the solution to the required concentration using approved quaternary ammonia test strips. (CDI)
