4-501.11; Core; The reach-in cooler shelving behind the service counter is showing signs of chipping and rust. PIC said they do not use it and will discard shelving if they cannot replace it. Keep equipment in good repair.

Handwashing sinks supplied & accessible
6-301.11; Priority Foundation; No soap was available at the handwashing sink in the prep area near warewashing basin. Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. CDI- soap was provided during inspection.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
