5-205.11; Priority Foundation; Two handwashing sinks (near POS and near prep cooler) had coffee/drink residue present and were used as dump sinks. A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. CDI- Educated employees on this requirement and residue was rinsed out. 6-301.11; Priority Foundation; Handwashing sink behind POS station had no available soap at the start of the inspection. Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. CDI- Soap was replenished.

3-501.16(A)(2); Priority; All TCS food in walk-in cooler holding between 43F-45F. Ambient air of this unit measured 45F-46F and rose by two degrees at the conclusion of the inspection. Maintain TCS food in cold holding at 41F or less. Refrigeration technician was called for an emergency visit during the inspection. VR- EHS will return tomorrow to verify that this walk-in cooler is capable of holding at 41F or less.

3-304.14; Core; Sanitizer bucket observed with a concentration of 0ppm quat. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizing solution at the proper concentration (200-400ppm for quat). CDI- Bucket was replenished with sanitizer at the correct concentration.

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Clean these areas on a more frequent basis.
