3-501.17; Priority Foundation; An opened container of almond milk observed with no date mark. PIC (Person In Charge) stated it has been opened since yesterday. Since almond milk is a heat-treated pasteurized product; it is considered potentially hazardous and requires date marking. Once opened; potentially hazardous foods shall be date marked with the day of opening counting as Day 1. Potentially hazardous foods shall be held for a total of 7 days (Prep/open date + 6 days = 7 days total). CDI - Milk labeled with open date (4/27/2026).
