3-304.14(B); Core; When tested during the inspection; the concentration of the multi-quat sanitizing solution in the wiping cloth containers was less than 150ppm. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified on manufacturer's label use instructions. CDI - Containers of sanitizer were dumped and refilled with sanitizer at adequate concentrations.
