(I) After engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. (P) -Observation: after handling trash; food employee proceed to be handling baked goods. -Corrected During Inspection (CDI): food employee voluntarily washed hands.

Pf -Observation: all TCS food for breakfast was being kept on time for 3h without written procedure. -Corrected During Inspection (CDI): Person in Charge (PIC) voluntarily wrote procedure and discarded all food items.

4-903.11(A) and (C) Equipment; Utensils; Linens and Single-Service and Single Use Articles-Storing (C) SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES shall be stored in the original protective PACKAGE or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. -Observation: single-use cups near waffle batter were being stored in a matter where customers can touch with their hands the lip contact surface of other cups when retrieving one cup. -Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) discussed the matter with Person in Charge (PIC).
