CDI- Pickles were removed from the handwashing sink and PIC was reminded that the handwashing sink may only be used for handwashing.

CDI- Top portions of sliced tomatoes were removed and taken to the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool. Shredded lettuce was replaced with product from the walk-in cooler that was reading below 41F.
