4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) Hoses inside the ice machine have black material accumulated inside. Replace hoses with clean ones. . . High Chairs are not clean. Clean high chairs and trays. High Chair tray needs to be cleaned at the ware washing sink. . . Vents with cups in plastic sleeves that are leaning against it at the cup conveyor in the drive-thru needs cleaning. . . Can opener holder is not clean. Plastic insert was taken to the ware washing sink for cleaning. Maintain these items clean.

3-501.16 (A) (2) and (B) Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Hot and Cold Holding; Priority; Lettuce and tomatoes in reach-in cooler at 45-50F. Ambient air at 53F. TCS (Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods shall be held cold at 41F or below. Items relocated into walk-in cooler during inspection to rapid cool. Manager stated reach-in cooler will not be used until it is serviced and repaired.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Single-service and single-use items shall be stored in a clean; dry location; not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor. These items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that protect from contamination until used. Paper towel dispenser at nearby handsink does not always dispense towels; these are there for backups. Recommend moving paper towels or keeping in safe place to protect from contamination. Towels moved during inspection.

5-501.115; Core; A large pile of carboard and boxes was observed in the corner of the dumpster area. A storage area and enclosure for refuse; recyclables; or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. CDI- manager had this area cleaned during inspection.
Floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, or garbage areas needed repair or cleaning. These are usually less urgent than food-handling problems but still need to be fixed.
