7-102.11; Priority Foundation; One spray bottle of purple solution was missing an identifying label. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. CDI- Contents of bottle were voluntarily discarded. PIC stated that this bottle most likely belongs to the cleaning crew. 7-204.11; Priority; Sanitizer spray bottle was found with a concentration well above 200ppm chlorine. Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials shall register properly for use in antimicrobial formulations (50-200ppm chlorine). CDI- Contents of bottle were voluntarily discarded.
