6-301.11; Priority Foundation; There was not any soap in the soap dispenser at the entry of the kitchen upon inspector's arrival. Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of soap. CDI- Soap was added to the dispenser.

3-501.16 (A)(2); Priority; Slaw (48F); sliced tomatoes (48F); and swiss (49F) in the top section and feta (49F) and ham (50F) in the bottom section of the prep cooler temped above 41F. Except during preparation; cooking; or cooling; or when TPHC is used TCS FOOD shall be maintained at 41F or less. PIC voluntarily discarded some foods; put foods that had been replenished within the hour on ice. A verification visit will be made on Monday; July 13; 2026 to ensure foods are being held at 41F or below.

4-301.11; Priority Foundation; Boiled eggs that temped at 99F at the prep sink were put into the prep cooler and temped at 89-90F after 30 minutes; the prep cooler is not currently able to maintain foods at 41F or below. There shall be sufficient cooling and cold equipment to properly cool and hold foods cold at 41F or below. CDI- Boiled eggs were moved to walk-in cooler.
